21st Century Construction Group
In collaboration with key industry executives, and senior academics from the Cambridge-MIT Institute and the University of Salford, the Group brought together selected major organisations with a substantial investment in the construction industry. Their common desire was to establish world-class business practices and processes, and develop key knowledge for transfer back into their organisations.

Promoting a UK-wide network to encourage entrepreneurship within universities and to help students share best practices.
Automated Delivery of Computing Teaching
A web-based teaching system similar to one used to teach introduction to computing at MIT was successfully developed for the University of Cambridge's Engineering Department. It was used in a second year computer laboratory at the University of Cambridge in January 2003, and extended to first year computing classes in October 2005.
